The popular cherry finish and light grey furniture was phased out. Largo range could be ordered in pear though it could never be purchased as a fashionable white office furniture range.
If there is any drawback to using Largo Office Furniture, it is that this range features knock in nylon screw threads under the desk face which require cautious handling during assembly of the desks to avoid over tightening. Largo has a comprehensive range of storage products including cupboards, Largo bookcases, Largo pedestals and Largo filing cabinets. The commercial office furniture market has swung firmly in favour of 25mm furniture ranges over the last few years which usually looks much better quality than 18mm furniture. Largo desks are only around 20% or 30% more costly than 18mm desks, but aesthetically they look a much better quality and give a better impression. The main point to note is that Largo desking products only come in standard metric sizes of 800mm deep with metric widths like 1200mm, 1400mm and 1800mm depending on the desk shape.
