White Water River Rafting: Different Adventures

This couple will celebrate their ninth anniversary. Kevin wished to give Kate a surprise trip where they could spend some time together. They have tried lots of activities like bungee jumping, sky diving, riding in cable cars, wake boarding among others. Because of this, Kevin is finding it tough to come up with an activity which they have not yet experienced.

Besides, he knows that Kate is the free-spirited type of girl who is always ready and eager to try most things novel. He thought that Kate won’t like a romantic date or a movie together which they do almost every week. But another problem that he has is that he does not have enough funds to spend a vacation outside the country. So he is looking for a nice tourist spot near Texas where they can check out a new activity or sport.

He was frantically looking for something until he found out about river rafting. Further investigation revealed that it was a demanding recreational activity where you ride a raft to navigate down a river. From the brochures, he is quite sure that Kate would enjoy it. It is a fun adventure that gives an adrenaline rush as you go down the river. It is usually done in white waters where there are different grades of rough water which makes the activity more exciting.

Kevin discovered a white water rafting river in the Arkansas River near Texas. So he determined it would be their destination. When they were there, Kate was so ecstatic about white water rafting. She definitely had fun with the thrill that it accompanies. She thought it was one of the greatest activity she had with Kevin. Kevin felt fulfilled that he was able to pull off their surprise anniversary celebration. He was just so thrilled seeing Kate was pleased with his surprise.
